1. High-performance design
The battery adopts a 4-series (4S) system design with a rated voltage of 12.8V, and is equipped with a 5-parallel (5P) 32700 type lithium iron phosphate battery cell (single cell voltage 3.2V, capacity 5Ah). The overall structure is reasonable and the voltage platform is stable, which helps the system maintain continuous power supply under various working conditions. The rated capacity of the battery pack reaches 25Ah, and the total energy is 320Wh, which can support the operation of medium and high power LED street lights all night and meet the requirements of conventional lighting duration.
2. High efficiency and intelligent control coexistence
The charging and discharging efficiency of the battery system is not less than 96%, which can minimize energy loss and improve the utilization effect of energy storage after solar energy conversion. In terms of discharge, the battery supports a maximum continuous discharge current of 25A, which is suitable for driving high-power LED lighting loads. In terms of charging current, the maximum charging current is 5A, and the standard charging current does not exceed 10.8A. It is recommended to charge at a current of 0.6C or less, which can effectively control the temperature rise and extend the service life.
3. Wide temperature adaptability
The battery has good temperature adaptability and can be charged normally in the range of -10℃ to 60℃. The discharge temperature range is wider, reaching -20℃ to 60℃. It can cope with the changing outdoor climate conditions and is suitable for year-round use. The battery supports SOC (state of charge) management range of 10% to 100%, which can achieve more precise energy control, making it easier for the controller or system to arrange lighting strategies according to the remaining power.
4. High-quality structure
The battery package adopts epoxy board combined with blue PVC film structure, which has good mechanical protection performance and basic protection capabilities. The wiring part adopts UL3135 14AWG standard red and black lead wire, with a length of 300mm, which has good conductivity and heat resistance, which is convenient for users to standardize access to the solar control system and improve system compatibility.
Night lighting power supply
Provide stable power support for solar street lights at night or on rainy days, and realize independent lighting in areas without power grid.
Energy-saving energy storage system
Store the electricity generated by solar panels during the day to improve energy efficiency and reduce traditional energy consumption.
